These Terms of Service govern your use of thelastingmethod.com, operated by The Lasting Method (The Lasting Method LLC, “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our Services
The Lasting Method designs and installs AI employees for direct-to-consumer brands. This website is informational. Any engagement we take on, such as a Map, Build, or Grow, is governed by a separate written agreement between us and the client. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Using the Site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to infringe anyone’s rights. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
Intellectual Property
The content on this site, including text, design, graphics, and the methods and frameworks we describe, is owned by The Lasting Method or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish it without our written permission. Work products we create for a specific client are handled under that client’s separate agreement.
Bookings and Payments
You can schedule a strategy call or purchase a Map through the site. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, and are subject to its terms. Pricing and the terms of larger engagements are confirmed in a separate written agreement. Refund and cancellation terms, if any, are described in that agreement or at the point of purchase. Map engagements are paid in full at purchase. If you cancel before your kickoff session, we refund the Map fee in full. Once kickoff has taken place and work has begun, the Map fee is non-refundable, since the work is delivered within a fixed three-week window. Build engagements are governed by a separate written agreement that sets out their own deposit and cancellation terms. Grow is a monthly retainer you may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice, and fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable. Strategy calls are free and can be rescheduled or cancelled at any time.

Any figures, case results, or examples shown on this site reflect specific situations and are provided for illustration. They are not promises or guarantees of any particular outcome. Results depend on many factors unique to each business, and your results may differ. Nothing on this site is professional, legal, or financial advice.
Disclaimers
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Lasting Method will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for access to it.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Lasting Method from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the site or your violation of these terms.
Third-Party Links
The site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Citrus, Florida, unless your separate engagement agreement says otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
