The method

How we install a workforce you own.

Most AI work stops at a clever demo and quietly becomes shelfware. The Lasting Method is the five-phase build that finds where AI belongs in your business, installs it in your real workflows, and hands it to your team to own. You are not buying a tool. You are hiring a layer of your workforce.

Why a method

A demo is not infrastructure.

A model on its own does not know your business, is not scoped to a real job, and cannot act in your tools, so the work loops back to a human and the AI becomes a toy. A repeatable method is what turns that into a teammate your business actually runs and owns.

Every AI employee we build has four parts: a brain, a defined role, your business knowledge, and the tools to act. The method below is how we put all four in place, prove the return before building, and hand the result to your team.

The four parts are how an experiment becomes an employee. See how the architecture works.
The five phases

Map, Plan, Build, Train, Grow.

Each phase has a clear job and a clear output. Together they take you from “we think AI could help” to a workforce running in production that your team owns.

Score & Explore

Score. A short, free quiz that gives you a first read on where AI would help most in your business. No call required to get your result.

Explore. Not ready for a full Map? Explore is a focused, single-department audit built for brands under $1M in revenue or teams of one to two, a smaller first step before Map.

Score is free. Explore is $1,500 and does not credit toward Map or Build.

Map engagement · 3 weeks
Map

What happens. We audit your operation department by department and find where your team is actually losing hours. No assumptions, we look at the real work.

What you walk away with. Clarity on exactly where AI pays off first, backed by the ROI math, plus a fixed scope and price for Build. The roadmap is yours to keep whether or not you continue.

$7,500, credited toward Build if you continue

Plan

What happens. We sequence the roadmap by return, not by what is trendy, and you approve exactly what gets built, in what order, and why, before anything is built.

What you walk away with. Certainty before you commit a dollar to building: an agreed plan with a fixed window and price, so Build carries no surprises.

03
Build engagement · 8 to 12 weeks
Build

What happens. We design, train, and install three to five AI employees in your real workflows, deployed in production inside the tools your team already uses. Each one is scoped to a real job, from the post-launch email flow to refund triage to the wholesale inbox.

What you walk away with. Work that used to sit on your team now running on its own, in production, not in a slide deck.

Build engagement · handoff
Train

What happens. We hand the workforce off with a custom Operating Manual and train your people to run, manage, and extend it. Ownership transfers to you.

What you walk away with. A team that can run and extend the workforce without us, and full ownership of the prompts, files, and documentation.

05
Grow engagement · monthly, optional
Grow

What happens. If you want it, we stay on to tune the employees already running, build new ones as new bottlenecks appear, and advise on where to point AI next. The infrastructure compounds.

What you walk away with. A workforce that keeps compounding as the business grows, on a monthly retainer that begins after a Build.

Advise

What it is. Not a step in this sequence. Advise is ongoing strategic counsel for founders who want a standing AI advisor, whether or not a Build is underway.

What you walk away with. Direct access to think through AI decisions as they come up, running alongside any other engagement or entirely on its own.

The point of all of it

At the end, you own everything.

This is the line the rented tools and the agencies cannot cross. When the engagement ends, the asset is yours, to run, extend, or hand to a new hire.

  • The prompts and project files behind every employee
  • The custom Operating Manual your team runs from
  • The AI employees themselves, in your own stack
  • No license, no rent, no vendor holding it hostage
